1. Murder, Manslaughter or culpable homicide
2. Any offence against company law or any law relating to bankruptcy or insolvency
3. Selling or bartering giving or otherwise selling intoxicating liquor to any person not lawfully permitted to obtain or be in possession thereof
4. Selling or bartering giving or otherwise supplying firearms to any person not lawfully permitted to obtain or be in possession thereof
5. Dealing in or being in possession of unwrought precious metals or rough or uncut precious stones in contravention of any law
6. Any offence relating to dangerous drugs or narcotics
7. Piracy
8. Perjury or subornation of perjury or conspiring to defeat the course of justice
9. Bribery
10. Rape
11. Procuring or trafficking in, women young persons for immoral purposes
12. Incest, sodomy, bestiality, indecent assault or any unnatural offence
13. Contravention of any law forbidding carnal knowledge of or indecent or immoral acts with, a girl under specified age or with an imbecile or idiot
14. Performing abortion
15. Indecent exposure or public indecency
16. Arson fire raising
17. Maliciously or willfully wounding or inflicting grievous bodily harm
18. Malicious damage or injury to property
19. Stealing or embezzlement fraudulent conversion, fraudulent false accounting , obtaining property or credit by false pretences, receiving stolen property or any other        offence in respect of property involving fraud
20. Counterfeiting coin or currency, or uttering coins or currency knowing the same to be counterfeit
21. Burglary or house-breaking or any similar offence
22. Robbery, robbery with violence or extortion
23. Revolt against the authority of the master of the ship or commander of the aircraft
24. Contravention of the hijacking Act ( Cap. 7.03) or of any other law which makes punishable any offence similar in nature to any offence made punishable under that        Act
25. Any offence against section 179 and 180(g) of the Penal Code
26. Attempt or conspiracy to commit any offence specified in this schedule, or being an accessory after the fact to the commission of such an offence.
